Vito's is a fast-paced, hospitality-driven restaurant seeking energetic Servers and Food Runners to join our team. We’re building a high-energy venue where great food, drinks and genuine hospitality come together.

We’re looking for people who love being on the floor, work well as part of a team and understand that the small details make a big difference. In this role you will own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Confident, positive and comfortable in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service (Waiters)
• Be the connection between the kitchen and the floor — delivering dishes quickly, knowing the menu, communicating with chefs and servers, and keeping service moving (Runners)
