Job summary

Xero is seeking a Senior SEM Manager to lead our global Paid Search program, focusing on automation, AI, and data-driven growth. You will collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to implement AI-powered workflows and automated bidding, shaping scalable SEM solutions across markets.

You will be a technical voice in the organisation, translating complex ideas into opportunities for senior stakeholders while mentoring the wider team and elevating capability across the SEM

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEM management across multiple markets with Google Ads and SA360.
• Experience designing automation workflows that drive performance.
• Experience with AI tools and workflow orchestration.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the technical foundations of the global SEM program to improve scalability and automation.
• Build and operationalise AI-powered workflows for optimisation, reporting and processes.
• Advance AI-driven SEM capabilities, including automated bidding with validation.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to integrate data and AI into SEM.
