Job summary

Searchability® is looking for a commercially minded Senior Client Partner to manage relationships across the business and coordinate specialist teams delivering paid search, paid social and CRO services. You’ll drive growth by expanding existing accounts and introducing AI-powered solutions while working in a hybrid environment with offices in Southbank, Melbourne.

You’ll oversee campaigns across US and Australian clients, optimise performance, present recommendations and ensure high standards

Qualifications

• Proven agency-side experience in account management.
• Strong understanding of paid search, including Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid social, including Meta advertising.
• Solid knowledge of CRO, including landing page optimisation and testing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across paid media, CRO, analytics and development.
• Interest in AI and its practical applications across digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers as the key contact.
• Coordinate internal specialists across paid search, paid social, CRO, creative, data and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve paid media, CRO and AI-driven solutions.
• Grow existing customer accounts and increase revenue.
