Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of its global affiliate channel (Xero and Melio brands). You will manage publisher relationships end to end, shape campaigns for new customers, and optimize them for lifetime value and first-time payers.

This role involves cross-functional work with product, data science, engineering and external agencies to scale acquisition, including AI-powered tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
• Experience running programmes on platforms like Impact or PartnerStack.
• Strong tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality know-how.
• Proven ability to build and maintain publisher/partner relationships.
• Experience owning budgets and hitting commercial targets.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to test and roll out new tools.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of Xero and Melio affiliate channel.
• Shape campaigns to drive new customers and optimize for lifetime value and first-time payers.
