Job summary

Xero seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead its internal AI transformation and drive high-impact programs across the business. You will scope opportunities, build business cases, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes.

In this role you will work in a hybrid Melbourne/Sydney setting, translating ambitions into concrete plans and delivering measurable value while mentoring teams and advancing AI-enabled ways of working across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience at top-tier consulting or equivalent in strategy, operations or transformation within tech/SaaS.
• Led complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end from problem definition to delivery.
• Structured, rigorous thinking with ability to frame ambiguous problems into analyses.
• Background in operating models and technology transformation; AI strategy exposure helpful.
• You actively build AI fluency and reimagine workflows with an experimentation mindset.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen supporting business cases.
