Job summary

Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of its global affiliate channel, including Melio. You will oversee publisher relationships end-to-end and shape campaigns that drive new customers and higher lifetime value, with a focus on attribution and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
• Experience managing programmes on affiliate platforms like Impact or PartnerStack.
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero’s global affiliate channel.
• Manage a multi-million dollar channel with measurable returns.
• Grow high-quality publisher partnerships across core markets (Australia, UK, US).
• Shape the channel roadmap with AI-powered tools and automation.
