Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess security needs and propose solutions.
• Specialize in Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarms.
• Coordinate with Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.
• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (training provided).
• Configure security system hardware and software.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on security systems.
