Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician based in Katherine, NT to address customer needs in electronic security. You will engage with clients to assess requirements, configure security systems, and service Honeywell and third-party equipment.

You will work with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction, perform on-site maintenance, diagnose faults, and explain complex systems to clients. NV1 clearance and on-call work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Technician or Electrician.
• Ability to obtain NV1.
• On-call and rotating roster availability.
• Strong customer-focused approach and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess security requirements and identify solutions.
• Configure security systems hardware and software.
• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment.
• Diagnose faults and repairs on security systems.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success.
