Virtual IT Group is hiring a Senior Security Engineer (Zero Trust) to design, implement, and optimize modern Zero Trust solutions with emphasis on Zscaler, SSE, and ZTNA. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping security outcomes for clients and internal platforms, progressing to customer-facing engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network and security engineering with Zero Trust background.
• Experience leading SSE/ZTNA deployments and Zscaler environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement for presales and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and deployment of Zero Trust, SSE, ZTNA with focus on Zscaler.
• Architect security for internal platforms and customer environments.
• Optimize security platforms for performance and reduced false positives.
• Serve as senior escalation point for security and connectivity issues.
• Mentor engineers and guide presales engagements and delivery planning.
• Deliver security dashboards, roadmaps, and security improvement recommendations.
