Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Principal Consultant within CyberCX to help lead cloud security initiatives, deliver complex projects, and guide strategy with senior leadership. The role emphasizes governance, high-quality deliverables, and customer value.

The successful candidate will bring 7+ years in security strategy, strong cloud expertise, and experience leading teams, with Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level tertiary qualification.
• Ideally hold one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Project management qualifications preferred (Prince2, CAPM/PMP, PMI).
• 7+ years of experience in developing and/or implementing security strategies across organisations of varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to deliver cloud security services.
• Lead complex cloud security projects.
• Prepare and present high-quality deliverables (written or verbal).
• Develop and implement practice level strategy with leadership.
• Establish governance and reporting structures to monitor strategy execution.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for the broader practice.
• Lead training for team members and mentor staff.
• Provide leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer experiences.
