Accenture PLC seeks a Managing Analyst to lead CyberCX Intelligence in Australia and NZ, directing a growing team to deliver assessments and finished intelligence products. You will advance intelligence methodologies, champion high-quality outputs, and drive customer success across diverse stakeholders.

You’ll guide strategic direction, maintain threat landscape expertise, and foster a collaborative culture with a focus on employee experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an analytical role (intelligence, military, geopolitical risk, think tank or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape and broader Indo-Pacific region.
• Mastery of intelligence assessment methods, processes and products; able to coach and develop team members.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in high-tempo environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to produce structured, clear, precise products.
• Active AGSVA clearance, or willingness and ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Help to lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of CyberCX Intelligence.
• Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape; act as intelligence expert for diverse customers.
• Build and improve team intelligence methodologies to drive quality, productivity, and customer success.
• Be custodian of Cyber Intelligence judgments and finished assessments; review priorities and quality assure products.
• Innovate and uplift intelligence services; design and deliver complex intelligence products and services.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts.
