Job summary

South West TAFE is seeking a Careers and Pathways Coordinator (Senior Secondary Programs) to lead career development and pathway planning for VCE VM and VPC programs across Warrnambool, Portland and Hamilton campuses.

The role delivers individual career counselling, annual Career Action Plans, and class-based career education, while coordinating work experience and ensuring industry engagement for students. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Career Development or related discipline.
• Minimum Certificate IV in Career Development.
• Experience with school-aged young people.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check (Victoria).
• Satisfactory National Police Check.
