Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team in St Leonards, NSW, on a 12-month maximum term contract with hybrid working options. You will lead Agile ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and delivery teams, and oversee Salesforce-based initiatives that improve care delivery.

With 10+ years in Agile delivery and deep Salesforce knowledge, you will drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement across complex programs that support HammondCare's

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritise and deliver outcomes.
• Support Salesforce-based solutions and related business process improvements.

• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
• Monitor progress, report risks and provide updates to governance forums.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Champion Agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support business readiness and change activities for new capabilities adoption.
• Maintain governance, documentation and project artefacts to HammondCare standards.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team and support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives.

Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, you will facilitate Agile ways of working, remove delivery impediments and help teams successfully deliver outcomes that create real value for HammondCare, our people and the communities we support.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation programs while working in an organisation where technology has a direct impact on care outcomes.

This is a maximum term contract for 12 months, option to extend, based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.

What you will be doing

As Scrum Master, you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

• Support the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions and associated business process improvements.

• Maintain delivery governance, documentation and project artefacts in line with HammondCare standards.

About you

You are an outcomes-focused Scrum Master who enjoys bringing people together to achieve shared goals. You are comfortable working in complex environments and have a proven ability to build strong relationships across both business and technology teams.

• Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
• Minimum of 10 year’s experience working as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including working alongside Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and implementation partners.
• Experience managing complex technology deliveries involving integrations, data migration, testing and business change.
