Job summary

HammondCare seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team in St Leonards with hybrid work options. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate Salesforce delivery and help teams achieve value for our care programs.

You’ll partner with stakeholders and external partners, remove impediments, monitor risks, and ensure governance and change readiness across complex technology deliveries within a not-for-profit health setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
• Minimum of 10 year’s experience working as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including working alongside Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and implementation partners.
• Experience managing complex technology deliveries involving integrations, data migration, testing and business change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and delivery teams to manage priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Support the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions and associated business process improvements.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance and delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Champion Agile practices, continuous improvement and a culture of innovation.
• Support business readiness and change activities to maximise successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Maintain delivery governance, documentation and project artefacts in line with HammondCare standards.
