Job summary

HammondCare in Australia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team in St Leonards, with hybrid working. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments and delivering Salesforce-based solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams, manage risks, align with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across complex tech deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and working with admins, developers and partners.
• Experience delivering complex technology deliveries with integrations, data migration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support Salesforce-based solutions and process improvements.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance and delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and champion Agile practices.
• Support business readiness and change activities for new capabilities adoption.
• Maintain delivery governance and project artefacts per HammondCare standards.
