Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team and drive Agile delivery for strategic initiatives. The role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, enabling effective collaboration, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions within a hybrid environment at St Leonards.

You will work with stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to remove impediments, manage dependencies and ensure value delivery in complex care-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and working with admins, developers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and delivery teams to set priorities and outcomes.
• Support Salesforce-based solutions and related process improvements.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and provide reporting to governance forums.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and promote Agile practices.
• Support business readiness and change activities for new capabilities.
• Maintain delivery governance and project artefacts per HammondCare standards.
