Rutherglen High School is seeking a Leading Teacher Senior School to provide strategic leadership for Years 10–12, guiding pathways, assessments and transitions to further education or employment. You will work with the Principal Team, staff, families and external providers to maximise learning outcomes.

You will oversee career education, subject selection, and VCE/VET administration, ensuring compliance with Departmental requirements while fostering high expectations and student engagement

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to lead planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies.
• Strong capability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive improvement.
• Ability to lead collaborative relationships with students, families and the school community.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of whole-school senior pathway programs.
• Coordinate Year 9 profiling and Year 10 Industry/Enterprise programs.
• Oversee VCE, VET and VASS administration and compliance with VCAA timelines.
• Lead school assessment and examination management including SAC processes and moderation.
• Drive whole-school improvement through leadership, strategic planning and partnerships.
