Job summary

You will develop, maintain and monitor integrated project, production and maintenance schedules across engineering, fabrication, marine and Defence projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to keep work on track. Qualifications

• 3–5 years scheduling or planning experience, ideally in fabrication, marine or Defence.
• Strong understanding of project controls and production sequencing.
• Proven experience building detailed integrated project schedules.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Defence supply chain experience, ideally naval shipbuilding or sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project, production and maintenance schedules
• Monitor progress and report performance using S-curves
• Plan production sequencing and resource allocation across the workshop
• Run critical path analysis and flag scheduling risks early
• Integrate schedule performance with cost reporting using EVMS
• Work with project, engineering and workshop teams on competing priorities
