Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a Senior Manager SAP Solution Architecture for Time to Pay at Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will define the roadmap for payroll, time management and workforce solutions within a complex enterprise.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, guide vendors and delivery teams, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while nurturing a high‑performance team of two direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP solution architecture with HCM/payroll
• Experience leading architecture teams and vendors
• Strong strategic and delivery focus

Responsibilities

• Lead solution direction for SAP Time to Pay domain
• Drive end-to-end solution design from ideation to delivery
• Embed assurance across design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Guide vendors and delivery teams; promote standardisation
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders; influence investments
• Lead and develop two direct reports
