Job summary

Accenture in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to lead ongoing time management solutions, improve processing accuracy and support large-scale HR/payroll transforms.

You will partner with stakeholders, run workshops, and guide junior consultants while delivering upgrades, integrations with payroll, and coverage across WorkForce Software, UKG Pro and SAP Fieldglass in aligned government or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Time Management (S/4HANA) expertise.
• Experience in SAP Payroll integration.
• Experience with government/regulatory environments in Australia.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Time Management.
• Lead functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with payroll and external workforce tools.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and production support.
