Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to support, maintain, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM Time Management solutions from Sydney. The role involves working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams on large-scale transformations.

You will lead workshops, design and configure SAP Time Management solutions, ensure payroll integration, and guide junior consultants throughout delivery engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Time Management solutions (HCM/S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of SAP Time Schemas, Schema Rules (PCRs), TMW, CATS, and PT60 is required.
• Strong payroll integration understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Australian government or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement and optimization of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
• Translate workforce agreements and overtime rules into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and support time evaluation, attendance, leave quotas, shift patterns and scheduling.
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between time management and payroll processing.
• Provide advisory services to clients and mentor junior consultants.
• Support system upgrades, testing and transformation programs involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and workforce platforms.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
