Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Time Management for Australian public sector clients from Sydney. You will lead workshops, translate complex workforce rules into scalable solutions, and collaborate with payroll to ensure seamless integration.

You will also support live operations, upgrades, and performance improvements while mentoring junior consultants and engaging with senior

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP HCM/S/4HANA Time Management, with expert Time Schemas and PCRs.
• Experience delivering SAP Time Management solutions and knowledge of payroll integration.
• Experience with Australian government or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HCM Time Management.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Configure time management rules, attendance, leave, and rostering.
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure smooth integratio n between time management and payroll.
• Guide junior consultants and support upgrades and testing.
