Job summary

Calleo is seeking an experienced SAP ECC HR/HCM Functional Consultant for a six‑month contract to support the Enterprise Business Systems team. This hands‑on role focuses on configuration work rather than leadership, across PA, OM, Time (CATS), Payroll, and ESS/MSS modules.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years SAP HR/HCM project experience, strong Time Evaluation knowledge, and proven hands‑on configuration across SAP HR processes with solid integration understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years SAP HR/HCM project experience, ECC 6.0 exposure.
• Hands-on configuration across SAP HR processes with deep integration knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation and pay conditions in time schemas.
• Strong expertise in configuring SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).
• Experience documenting functional specifications and supporting testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and support of the SAP HR/HCM modules across the full lifecycle.
• Configuration of the functional solution aligned to business requirements.
• Maintain HR master data structures and organisational hierarchies.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and test cases.
