• Senior Business Analyst with HRIS/HCM and payroll transformation experience.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: discovery, design, config, testing and deployment.
• Experience translating EBAs/Modern Awards into system requirements.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops and document business requirements.
• Review HR/payroll/workforce processes and identify improvements via SuccessFactors.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Translate industrial requirements (EBAs/awards) into system specs and processes.
• Coordinate testing activities and support change management and stakeholder engagement.
