Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to support utilities CFO and controller organizations. You will lead finance process redesign, data conversion, testing, training, and post-go-live adoption, partnering with client, product, testing, training, and offshore teams to align priorities and deliver measurable value.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP finance solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP), fixed assets/capital accounting, and strong advisory,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance transformation consulting in relevant industries.
• Hands-on ERP Finance implementation or support across GL, AP, AR, or Fixed Assets.
• Experience with fixed asset/capital accounting and data management.
• Experience with finance process data design and reconciliation.
• At least 1 year serving utilities clients or in utilities finance roles.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation programs across CFO/controller groups.
• Lead or contribute to GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and regulatory reporting workstreams.
• Design and deliver fixed asset and capital accounting capabilities for utilities.
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable enterprise value cases and KPI baselines.
• Analyze finance process data and validate cutover readiness.
• Collaborate across client, Accenture, product, and offshore teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support scrum ceremonies, user stories, demos, and defect triage.
• Provide hands-on training and enablement for finance users.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, and change communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods and cross-team collaboration.
