Job summary

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join a Melbourne-based digital transformation program.

You will design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions within a multidisciplinary Agile team, focusing on Vlocity/OmniStudio components and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Deep understanding of OOP, frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience delivering Salesforce CRM/project integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions in an Agile setting.
• Design reusable, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with governance standards.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments including Production.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps and test automation.
• Collaborate with Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
• Promote best practices and uplift team capability.

Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Location: Melbourne

Duration: Initial 12 month contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join a high-profile digital transformation program. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Design reusable, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with development and governance standards.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and other integration technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments, including Production.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Promote Salesforce development best practices and help uplift team capability.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git/source control and package-based Salesforce development.
• Experience delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud solutions.
• Understanding and appreciation of accessible design and development.
• Must be an Australian Citizen

Desirable

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
• Experience with Jira, VS Code, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience delivering 4+ Salesforce CRM/platform projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI Agentic Coding.
