Bridge IT Engineering is seeking a Senior Vlocity Software Developer for a federal government department.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions as part of a new and high-profile transformational program.
2. Support the creation of design standards, review designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions ensuring robustness, reusability, performance, and quality.
3. Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
4. Support the code deployment process through all environments, including Production.
5. Actively participate in daily scrum activities.
6. Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in collaboration with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility specialists.
7. Leverage your Salesforce Vlocity expertise to guide best practice solution delivery.
8. Help build team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
9. Adopt and support the rollout of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.

Minimum experience requirements include:

1. Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform, specifically Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, FlexCards, Integration procedures, and DataRaptors.
2. Experience working with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
3. Experience with integrations such as REST APIs and Platform Events.
4. Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud.
5. Experience with Source Control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.
6. Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
7. Successfully implemented at least 4 Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using Agile methodology.
8. Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, with a focus on accessibility standards.
