Job summary

Pathway Search seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer - Vlocity to join a major delivery program in Sydney or Melbourne. You will develop and customize OmniStudio components to deliver reusable solutions across sales and service.

You'll work on CPQ processes, EPC and Order Management, integrate Communications Cloud with OSS/BSS and ERP systems, and build Apex/LWC extensions. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Industries/Communications Cloud experience and relevant OmniStudio

Qualifications

We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Engineer (Vlocity) to join a major delivery program.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

• Developing andcustomisingOmniStudiocomponents -OmniScripts,FlexCards,DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, andVlocityCards - to deliver reusable, modular solutions across sales and service processes.
• Implementing andoptimisingindustry CPQ processes, including product catalogues, pricing logic, and rules.
• Configuring and enhancing Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Order Management to streamline service activation and delivery.
• Integrating Communications Cloud with external OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems using Salesforce APIs,DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Building andmaintainingcustom objects, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components for platform extensions.
• Participatingin code reviews, QA, and deployment planning, and supporting production environments with troubleshooting and fixes.

Whatyou'llneed:
