Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for the Federal Sector in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions, guiding architecture, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team in a metrics-driven environment.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, UX specialists, and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable solutions while advancing DevOps and CI/CD practices across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years Salesforce Developer experience.
• Recent Salesforce Technical Lead experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omniscripts, Flexcards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures).
• OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Ability to build team capability, refine processes and influence practices; strong communication.
• Experience with GitLab, Agile, DevOps and JIRA.
• Salesforce Integration, REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Salesforce Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Lead – Federal Sector

Initial 12-month Contract (with 12-month extension)

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
