Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Senior Support Engineer (Labour Hire) to provide expert technical support, administration and continuous improvement of large-scale Salesforce solutions within a complex ICT environment.

You will work across Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience, translating business requirements into effective configuration and automation while collaborating with agile teams and business stakeholders to ensure stable, scalable Salesforce services.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and translating requirements into configuration and outcomes.
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions in Agile environments.
Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, administration and configuration for enterprise Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Digital Experience).
Investigate and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests, including logs and root-cause analysis.
Administer Salesforce users, licences, security controls and sharing rules.
Configure declarative automation and flows to meet business requirements.
Undertake data management, loading, reporting and data-related issue investigations.
Assess Salesforce releases and platform updates for impacts across applications and business areas.
Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities, provide technical advice and support UAT.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations and maintenance.
