Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Senior Support Engineer/Senior Labour Hire in Sydney, Australia. You will provide technical support, administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience, within a complex ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Salesforce platform and related services.
• Experience with Level 2 support and incident resolution.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Digital Experience).
• Investigate and resolve Level 2 incidents; analyze logs and root causes.
• Administer Salesforce users, licences, security controls and sharing rules.
• Configure declarative automation, including Flow, per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and release assessments.
