Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an experienced Salesforce Helpdesk Specialist to join our Canberra team. The role focuses on 1st/2nd line support, data management, and release readiness for Salesforce platforms used across government sectors.

The candidate will work in our Canberra office 3 days per week, hold NV1 clearance, and communicate persuasively with stakeholders to drive informed decisions. Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years experience supporting Salesforce applications for level 1 and 2 support.
At least one of Salesforce Admin, App Builder or Developer certifications.
NV1 security clearance is required.
Canberra office 3 days per week attendance.
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
Strong communication and evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

Track and progress tasks using Agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).
Manage and execute Salesforce Sandbox Refresh activities.
Advise stakeholders on Winter/Summer/Spring releases and features.
Assist developers by troubleshooting Apex and LWC during deployments or incidents.
Provide senior Salesforce helpdesk support from Canberra.
