Softtest pays pty ltd in Canberra is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Senior Support Engineer (Labour Hire) to provide technical support, administration and ongoing improvement of enterprise Salesforce solutions in a complex ICT environment.

The role works across Level 2 support, platform administration, automated processes, data management and system documentation within an Agile delivery setting, contributing to stability and capability, including OmniStudio.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into Salesforce configurations and improvements.
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments in an Agile delivery context.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and configuration for Salesforce applications including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.
Investigate and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests; analyze logs and platform behavior.
Administer Salesforce users, licences, security controls, roles and permission sets.
Configure declarative automation (Flows) and maintain Salesforce functionality per requirements.
Develop understanding of business processes and translate into Salesforce configurations and improvements.
Undertake data management activities including data loading, analysis, and reporting.
Assess releases and updates for impact and dependencies across applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and support UAT.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation for Salesforce services.
Contribute to team capability through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Support emerging Salesforce technologies including OmniStudio.
