Job summary

Handy Finance seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to shape how we design and deploy Salesforce across our fast-growing fintech platform. You will lead scalable development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, and work with Agentforce AI to boost customer engagement.

You’ll collaborate with Product and BA teams, mentor juniors, and ensure robust testing, CI/CD, and governance while keeping pace with Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Agentforce AI to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Integrate Agentforce with Handy’s customer portal for better service and responsiveness.
• Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns.
• Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks.
• Collaborate with Product and BA teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
• Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain governance and thorough technical documentation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and platform updates.
