Job summary

Handy Finance seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to shape how we design and deploy Salesforce across our fast-growing fintech platform. You will lead scalable development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, and work with Agentforce AI to boost customer engagement.

You’ll collaborate with Product and BA teams, mentor juniors, and ensure robust testing, CI/CD, and governance while keeping pace with Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Agentforce AI to improve efficiency and customer engagement.

• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.

What You’ll Do

As a senior Salesforce expert, you'll:

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
• Integrate Agentforce with Handy’s custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
• Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
• Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
• Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
• Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements

What You’ll Bring

• Over 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits
• Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools
• Familiarity with customer-facing portals
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
