Job summary

Export Finance Australia in Sydney is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions. You will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and architects to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable platforms that meet business needs.

You will implement Apex, LWC, Flow and REST/SOAP integrations, ensure security, governance and testing, and mentor delivery partners in an Agile context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and core platform capabilities.
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Flow; data security controls.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST or SOAP APIs; Azure integration is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, CI/CD and release management.
• Design data models, access controls and security across orgs; automated testing and production support.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery, mentor developers, and work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to architecture.
• Lead technical delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives from design to production support.
• Implement secure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and Azure services.
• Ensure code quality via peer reviews, testing, and security/performance best practices.
• Define source-control and release-management practices; manage environments and deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and delivery partners.
• Maintain comprehensive solution designs, data models and interface specs.
