Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert level understanding of Salesforce environment, including Pre-sales, processes and limitations.
• Experience documenting, analyzing and translating business requirements into quality functional specs delivered on time.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to lead workshops and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze and manage technical scope identified by the client.
• Design, develop and demonstrate solution prototypes.
• Undertake design, development, integration, testing, deployment and documentation of software apps and databases.
• Lead functional and technical requirements gathering sessions and maintain system documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and create custom solutions leveraging AppExchange.
