Job summary

Peoplebank, on behalf of a Federal Government client, seeks an EL2 Business Architect in Canberra to drive ongoing enhancement of business architecture and Salesforce CRM initiatives.

You will develop high-level designs, map dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders across programs to deliver digital transformation that aligns with agency principles. A Bachelor degree and 5+ years in a related Salesforce-focused role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role for large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Experience working on cloud-based projects, including digital transformation teams and accessibility-compliant applications.
• Familiarity with deployment in public and private government-approved cloud environments and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs and solutions that address business problems whilst aligning to agency architectural principles and strategic direction.
• Undertake key planning activities to identify dependencies, sequencing, and stakeholders across multiple programs of work.
• Enhance the business architecture based on organisational goals and objectives.
• Apply architectural principles to business solutions.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and programs to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.
• Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
• Work with Solution Designers and Functional Consultants to develop End-to-End solution designs in line with business requirements and architectural principles.
• Define the data and process requirements to meet business requirements.
• Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solutions for business problem statements with particular focus on Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation-wide strategic programs.
