Job summary

Allhomes, part of Costar Group, seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Canberra to own a portfolio of New Development accounts, building trusted partnerships with developers, project marketers and media agencies.

You will lead end-to-end sales, develop strategic plans, and present to senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth and product adoption across the marketing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic account management and pipeline development experience.
• Ability to influence at an executive and business-owner level.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Confident presenting in person to large client sales teams and decision-makers.
• High degree of problem-solving and self-initiative.
• Ability to communicate ROI and business impact clearly.
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to drive across the region (car allowance provided).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of New Development clients, building trusted partnerships with developers, project marketers and media agencies.
• Drive share-of-wallet growth by creating tailored Allhomes and Domain solutions that support clients across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead the end-to-end strategic sales process, from project briefing and solution design through to negotiation, contract execution and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintaining a strong pipeline and identifying growth opportunities across your portfolio.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and lead client meetings, presentations and project strategy discussions that deliver commercial value.
• Act as a trusted adviser, translating market insights, campaign results and industry trends into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Retain and grow key accounts through proactive relationship management, introducing innovative products and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
• Represent Allhomes and Domain at industry events, customer meetings and conferences while strengthening our presence in the market.
• Partner closely with internal teams to influence product direction, share customer feedback and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, continuously building your expertise in property, media and digital marketing solutions.

About the RoleAs a Senior Sales Executive you will be part of a high-performing Canberra based sales team. You’ll own a portfolio of New Development accounts - developers, house & land builders, project marketers and their media agencies. What You’ll Do

Ideally You’ll HaveESSENTIALS:

• Proven strategic account management and pipeline development experience.
• Ability to influence at an executive and business-owner level.
• Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
• Confident presenting in person to large client sales teams and decision-makers.
• High degree of problem-solving and self-initiative.
• Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and making technical concepts easy to understand.
• Own reliable vehicle, and ability to drive and visit clients across the region. (Car allowance provided).

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience across the Real Estate, Project Marketing or Media Sales is highly preferred.
• Face to face sales experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems or similar.
