Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement to translate sales strategy into actionable programs across Retail, Mobile and Inside Sales channels. You’ll partner with sales leaders to develop tools, processes and insights that coach brokers and improve outcomes.

You’ll drive adoption of GTMs, enhance sales processes, and embed AI capabilities, connecting strategy to measurable sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Training, GTM or related commercial role.
• Proven ability turning priorities into practical programs that drive performance.
• Strong program management, delivering multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical skills using performance data, dashboards and KPIs to guide action.
• Experience improving or embedding sales processes and operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Excellent communication to simplify complex information for frontline teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into executable sales enablement programs with clear actions and ownership.
• Map broker/customer journeys and create simple plays, tools and coaching guides.
• Embed GTMs and change with practical adoption plans for new propositions.
• Build AI capability and integrate approved AI tools into workflows.
• Equip leaders with tools and insights to coach performance.
• Turn data across leads, pipeline and activity into actionable interventions.
• Create clear, actionable communications for meetings and leadership forums.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
• Collaborate across Sales, GTM, Product, Operations, Analytics, Learning & Capability, Technology and Compliance.
