Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead requirements gathering and solution design for Noggin software implementations across multiple customers in Australia. You will configure systems, support data migration, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful deployments.

You will facilitate workshops, deliver demonstrations and training, and collaborate with Configuration Analysts to optimize customer outcomes. Willingness to obtain security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in business to business software implementation.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for SAAS or software projects.
• Familiarity with web-based software design and usability.

Responsibilities

• Apply requirements gathering techniques to determine customer requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops for medium to large stakeholder groups.
• Configure Noggin systems and guide customers through solution designs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge in Noggin products and solutions.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and scripts for system validation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training.
