Job summary

ShiftCare, Australia's leading care management software, is hiring a Business Development Manager to own the end-to-end sales cycle in the aged care, disability, or community health sectors. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals, leveraging your network to expand the client base and drive value for providers.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on releases and service enhancements, while ensuring a smooth onboarding and long-term relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong consultative selling and value-based solutions.
• Ability to forecast pipeline and meet targets.
• Experience with disability care providers HR, payroll, CRM, or accounting software is a plus.
