Job summary

My Guardian, a leading Aged and Disability Care provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across South Australia. You will build robust referral networks, promote our services, and increase brand awareness within the Aged Care sector.

In this role you will manage client onboarding, coordinate service delivery with care teams, and cultivate strong relationships with families and external stakeholders to support growth, retention, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or intake-focused role in aged care or disability services.
• Strong understanding of Home Care Packages, NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative and good judgment.
• Experience using CRM or care management systems desirable.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and stakeholders.
• Promote My Guardian’s services and brand through networking and community outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities across referral networks, partnerships, events, and community channels.
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand service needs and convert leads into active clients.
• Meet onboarding KPIs through proactive lead generation and efficient conversion strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule services aligned with client preferences.
