Qualifications

• Residential roofing or general construction experience required.
• Ability to inspect on-site and take precise measurements.
• Experience using CRM tools preferred (JobNimbus, SumoQuote).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Our locally-owned and growing Roofing & Siding company is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our growing, family-oriented team.

This role focuses on residential roofing estimates—including gutters and skylights—throughout the Greater Seattle area. Some siding estimation as well.

Our ideal candidate is well-versed in roofing solutions, brings a positive attitude under pressure, has strong communication skills, and can confidently interpret plans and develop accurate estimates. A willingness to continue learning and growing in the industry is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator so that the only thing we would train in is our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate roofing, skylights, and gutter materials and labor for residential projects
• Perform on-site inspections and take precise measurements
• Utilize JobNimbus CRM to manage sales, track leads, notes, and maintain customer records (preferred experience)
• Work closely with homeowners to define project scope
• Source pricing from vendors and ensure accurate, competitive bid packages
• Collaborate with crews and project managers to ensure job success and customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized records, timely documentation, and project schedules
• Coordinate material orders and job prep with internal operations team
• Draft and deliver clear, professional estimates and contracts as part of the sales process
• Represent Landmark Roofing & Siding with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Roofing or general construction experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform fieldwork
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to drive to job sites across the Greater Seattle area, including locations ranging from Marysville to Tacoma, depending on where estimates are scheduled

Preferred, but not Required:

• Experience with CRM tools, JobNimbus and/or SumoQuote is preferred
• Familiarity with various roofing systems (asphalt, composite, metal, PVC etc.) and brands (CertainTeed, Malarkey, NU-Ray, DaVinci, Brava, Duro-Last, etc.)
• Residential construction: 3 years (Preferred)
• Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
