Job summary

All Roofing Services is a Sydney-based roofing company seeking an experienced sales estimator. The role involves inspecting residential roofs, preparing clear quotes for tile and Colorbond work, presenting suitable options, and driving follow-ups to convert enquiries into booked jobs.

You will maintain client records, coordinate with production, and report on weekly activity and bookings to grow earnings.

Qualifications

• Solid roofing or construction experience.

• Confident with measurements, numbers and quoting.

You'll meet homeowners, inspect their roofs, recommend suitable solutions and prepare clear, accurate quotes. You'll then follow through with customers to turn those opportunities into booked jobs.

Key responsibilities

Inspect and measure residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.

Prepare quotes for tile and metal/Colorbond roofing and related works.

Present relevant, clearly priced options that suit the customer's needs and budget.

Explain scope, pricing and timelines confidently and clearly.

Follow up quotes, answer questions and close sales.

Maintain accurate photos, notes and customer records in ServiceM8.

Ensure accepted scopes are complete and ready for a smooth handover to production.

Manage your pipeline and work with the booking team to keep your appointment schedule productive.

Report weekly on activity, sales results and upcoming bookings.

About you

Solid roofing or construction experience.

Can assess roof conditions and explain practical solutions to homeowners.

Build trust through friendly, honest and professional advice.

Confident with measurements, numbers and quoting.

Follow up consistently and enjoy turning enquiries into sales.

Organised, comfortable with technology and willing to learn our systems.

Roofing estimating or sales experience will be highly regarded.
