Qualifications

• Residential roofing or general construction experience required.
• Ability to inspect on-site and take precise measurements.
• Experience using CRM tools preferred (JobNimbus, SumoQuote).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate roofing, skylights, and gutter materials and labor for residential projects.
• Perform on-site inspections and take precise measurements.
• Utilize JobNimbus CRM to manage sales, leads, notes, and customer records.
• Define project scope with homeowners and develop pricing.
• Source pricing from vendors and prepare clear bid packages.
• Coordinate with crews and project managers to ensure job success.
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and project schedules.
• Draft and deliver professional estimates and contracts as part of the sales process.
• Represent Landmark Roofing & Siding with professionalism.
