Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of roads, civil or transport infra experience.
• Strong experience in Victorian transport market.
• Design Manager and/or Civil Lead on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven track record on Victorian road and transport infra projects, in D&C or similar.
• Experience working with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Proven involvement in proposals, bids, and work-winning activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage design team and civil delivery across major road projects.
• Lead work-winning activities, support proposals and bids.
• Develop methodologies, scopes, programmes and resourcing.
• Build relationships with government clients, contractors and delivery partners.
• Provide technical and project leadership from pursuit to delivery.
• Work across complex transport environments including major road upgrades.
