Virtue Talent partners with Sydney-based consultancies to deliver civil infrastructure projects across NSW. We are seeking a Senior Road/Highways/Drainage Engineer to lead highway design, drainage, traffic and safety components and help grow the civil engineering capability in NSW.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage projects, mentor engineers, contribute to tenders and business development, and build strong client relationships while delivering high quality transport solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in road/highways projects, including in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of RMS/TMR/Vicroads design standards and processes.
• Experience in design management and report writing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver highway/road projects with a capable transport team.
• Provide technical leadership, project management and business development.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff and contribute to tenders.
