Job summary

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA or eligibility.
• 1–2 years experience in aged care or hospital/acute settings.
• Strong English proficiency for registration and visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health outcomes.
• Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, families, and allied health professionals to achieve best outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Follow workplace policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
