Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, analytics, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering growth across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL; experience in Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ambiguity to unlock value for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Product, Legal, S&P, Community Ops, and Policy to influence roadmaps.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and translate insights into actions.
• Build operational analytics products to monitor complex metrics across markets.
• Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify patterns and elevate issues to improve customer experience over time.
